Poor value for money, service not up to the standard of a hotel in this range! No service to carry our luggage, freezing room upon arrival, no coffee machine to make one in the room. Several old meal trays from clients not picked up in the hallways. Fire alarm for no reason (?) at midnight.

I paid for my accommodation in advance. When leaving the hotel, the receptionist assured me that everything was fine regarding the payments. However, the hotel had charged the full amount of my stay again as a pre-authorization on my card, and despite my requests, the hotel has not removed this hold so far, and it has been over a week since my visit.
