Never cleaned room or brought new towels. Never brought extra covers for my kids for the sofa bed. One of them were freezing.

Pool was great, Anthony's restaurant was great.... Not much else but the staff was good, Getting to the room was a challenge as was getting around.

The front desk did not honor my Booking.com rate plus added other “mystery “ charges that they failed to properly justify to us Nice place but overpriced and lots of extra mystery charges - we should have stayed elsewhere
