The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is neat, cozy, compact, and clean. Everything was very clean, and there were absolutely no unpleasant or musty smells in the room or throughout the hotel. The room was well cleaned and maintained. The air felt fresh, the air conditioning worked well, and the bedding was bright white and spotless. 24-hour access to tea, coffee, and other beverages near the front desk (self-service), which was very convenient. We arrived about two hours before the scheduled check-in time. The staff kindly offered to store our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready and suggested that we explore the area, which we did. They kept us updated and notified us as soon as the room was ready. In fact, we were able to check in earlier than the official check-in time stated in the hotel’s policies, which was very convenient for us!

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We also missed having a kettle in the room (perhaps we simply needed to ask for one), as we had tea and coffee available in the lobby. There was also no dishwasher detergent provided for the dishwasher in the room.
