Terrible staff, a man, reacted inadequately when asked to provide a cash receipt for cash received. The misunderstanding escalated into a conflict, and we had to call the police. No windows, no doors, no air to breathe, my spouse had a panic attack. We did not use their service, but they did not even bother to return our money.

The Chinese guests in the next room were talking loudly on the phone late at night, making it impossible to sleep even with earplugs. I think it's the fault of people with bad manners who don't follow the rules, but a hotel where you can't sleep at night is worthless. Also, the shower gel in the shower room was always empty during the stay.
