I loved everything about the property. As a solo traveler the location was perfect and safe. The property was clean and so efficient. The bathroom was clean kitchen area. The hosts provide a space that feels like home away from home. Whenever I am back I shall book this accommodation and I will suggest for anyone or couple wanting a local stay that is great for money to book. I can’t rave enough about the location. Perfect!

The location worked well for us. Most places we wanted to see were within walking distance or a short bus trip. The room contained everything we needed.

La Casita Azul is part of an attractive house set in quiet verdant back streets to the south of the main road near Rodney Bay. It's a 15 minute walk to the marina in one direction and a 20 minute walk to the main supermarkets and restaurants in the other, but the excellent Italian restaurant, Key Largo pizzeria, is only 5 minutes walk. Very cheap minibuses constantly ply the main road giving access to Castries and Gros Islet. The main room is divided into two by a rather useful storage section /bookcase and the kitchen area is quite substantial, with a reasonable size dining table. The en suite is also quite sizeable. The air conditioning works well throughout. Our hosts were always helpful when we had questions about buses, taxi tours, walking and eating options.

At best the water in the shower and in the kitchen sink was tepid. We had to boil water in a kettle to wash up dishes. The main road has a constant stream of traffic, is difficult to cross, and is not particularly pleasant to walk along.
