It's not a new hotel. It's a bit run-down.

Convenient location near the airport for transit, with nearby dining options. The room is spacious and relatively comfortable. The staff is also good, the front desk staff member on duty on the night of the 26th helped a lot, thank you

It's a pity there's no juice for breakfast. The duvet has a slight smoke smell, which is a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast was pretty good. There was a choice of Western and Asian food. The shuttle service to the airport was great and free of charge

The airport staff had a difficult time understanding English so they constantly had to use their phones to translate any communication that we had with them. Meantime, the breakfast was well organized because it had both hot and cold items with a wide range of selections to choose from. It was also very filling and tasty. Finally, the shuttle was very convenient since it was able to pick-up and drop-off passengers according to the schedule.

The airport staff had a difficult time understanding English so they constantly had to use their phones to translate any communication that we had with them. Meantime, the breakfast was well organized because it had both hot and cold items with a wide range of selections to choose from. It was also very filling and tasty. Finally, the shuttle was very convenient since it was able to pick-up and drop-off passengers according to the schedule.

I didn't get a whole lot of sleep due to jet lag so maybe having some light snacks or crackers with milk sticks in the lobby or room would be helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the hotel for allowing us to check in early and enjoy breakfast upon arrival at 8:00 AM. We had a 19-hour layover in Shanghai, and the hotel was incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs throughout the day before our early connecting flight that same day. The complimentary shuttle service back to the airport was also very convenient. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service!
