No TV due to no signal, the horrible noise of construction works in the hotel, drills, jackhammers... from 09:00 to 17:00 every day, simply unacceptable considering this accommodation choice was motivated to rest after eye surgery, I would have preferred to know beforehand and go elsewhere, my stay was challenging as I couldn't go out as desired, the management of this establishment could have communicated on the subject and shown a little more respect towards their customers..😡😡😡😡

Close to the centre of Carre d'Or and all its amenities, only 3 blocks from the Promenade des Anglais and its beach.

Daytime drilling and renovation works provided major background noise. The two rooms were on the same floor, but not adjacent. The wifi was poor. The place is in need of redecoration - it may be in progress

Only one cleaning per stay included. The cleaning took our beach towels and we couldn't get them back. Not possible to get extra blankets. Check-in was not ready at 3 pm. The air conditioning broke down and was not repaired but simply turned off, making the room very hot.
