In hotels without reception, communication can be difficult at times, although they did respond in advance with kindness, but when in the middle of the night the air conditioner control doesn't work, there's no one to talk to, so you need to make sure the control is new and not broken. They also forgot to provide coffee capsules. On the other hand, we asked for an extra pillow and received one.
