The most exceptional stay of our entire road trip! 👏 Everything throughout our road trip has been good, but Ibis Styles Wien City truly deserves a grade of excellence. From the moment we arrived, we felt that this was something special. The room was ultra-modern, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, while the secure underground parking was another huge plus for us. Even our car seemed happy to have its own little adventure in the lift! From check-in, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and professionalism by Mr Martin and Mr Konstantin, who went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and adapt to a place that was completely new to us. Their warm welcome made such a difference. Vienna is certainly a sophisticated city, but we discovered that its hospitality can be even more sophisticated. We feel very lucky to have met such wonderful people during our stay. The breakfast was another highlight — rich, fresh and with something for every taste. It was the perfect way to start the day. At check-out, we had the pleasure of meeting Ms Magdalena, who kindly offered us water and coffee for our long journey ahead. And that beautiful smile of hers made our day brighter from the very beginning. ❤️ We will definitely return to this hotel. Not only because of the modern facilities, comfort and excellent location, but especially because of the wonderful atmosphere and the people who made us feel genuinely welcome.
