That they did not have a room on the first floor and I am disabled I can walk but climbing stairs is difficult for me

Well-kept gardens, pool, and beach area were great. Rooms are a bit dated but you have everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. Close walking to restaurants.

No smart TV. Pool needs to be remodeled. Rusted iron was exposed on the concrete bar. The tiles on the floor are coming off.
It was amazing! The staff was so nice and kind, the all-inclusive experience was amazing. The hotel has a very rustic vibe, and it was exactly what me and my wife were looking for.

There was no air conditioning in the lobby or in the restaurant. Only some pathetic standing or ceiling fans. It was impossible to be in those places considering that the temperature was 34 degrees C. There were ants in the bathroom. The cleaning was deficient, there were always missing towels or toilet paper. The food at the pool restaurant was impossible to eat
