Room not as shown in the photos. Dirty bathroom. No hot water. Noisy (especially on the 1st floor). Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Used toilet paper! Cockroaches in the bathroom. Broken toilet. I asked twice for hot water, they never fixed it!
