We encountered a very simple problem with the drainage of the sink in the two rooms, I hope the hotel management will address it

The smell of smoking pervades all rooms without exception, causing allergies, coughing, and sinus problems, in addition to the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms, frequent sink blockages. The shower is full of hair, the rooms are very narrow, noisy from outside, lack of parking, congestion in entering and exiting, and you are lucky if you find a parking spot due to the hotel's location inside the already crowded market, with narrow and distant parking spaces, the buffet is not varied and simple. I gave one star just to write this comment

The air conditioning was a problem in my room 2003, very cold and could not be adjusted, I sent the technician 3 times with no use, the last time was at 2 or 3 in the morning, and I swear I did not sleep
