First, the woman who owned the house was lovely. The room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The price was very reasonable, and the area felt safe.

Nothing, really. It was a bit of a trek to Atlantis by cycling or walking (I did both), though with a car, it would be a breeze.

I have not been to the property, after booking well in advance, I requested a late check-in on the day of arrival. The host's response was negative and very confusing. Following the lack of responses on the platform, I called to verify the actual availability of my reservation (clearly already confirmed weeks before) and her response was that the room was no longer available. Leaving me without accommodation for the night.
