Too cold at night in the room, and only give me a small blanket which can’t even cover my whole body, only 3-4 showers and toilets to use, always cleaning at 9-10 pm, it’s a time when most of people what to go shower !! Really bad experience, it’s the worst one I have ever stayed

Moc milý personál a všechno bylo opravdu čisté, skvělé sprchy a krásná area s bazenem. Ráno snídaně vás potěší. Nejvice jsem ocenila opravdové ticho v celém areálu, protoze jsem potřebovala dospat jetlag. Ubytování moc doporučuji.

Přijela jsem později, když byla zavřená recepce, takže jsem nestiha poprosit o deku a první noc mi byla opravdu hrozná kosa, protože klimatizace jela na plno. Naštěstí druhou noc jsem deku měla.

Everything was wonderful, but a special shout-out goes to the girls at reception, Caroline and Lena! They were always there for a chat, ready to offer advice and make you feel welcome. Especially when travelling alone, knowing that someone is looking out for you makes such a big difference. Thank you so much for making me feel safe and at home! A big thank you also goes to the rest of the staff for maintaining such a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This place truly feels like a home away from home. ❤️

The place was clean and there were plenty of good facilities like a washing machine and dryer, a pool and there was easy access to local amenities. They also had a scale for weighing luggace which was very helpful. The staff were friendly and helped me with my bag up the stairs and showed me to my room. It was a very chill vibe, wasn't busy and could always find a space to do cooking, showering, drying my hair etc. They are quite strict on rules when you first arrive such as no loud music/no partying, so you know you won't be getting into too much if that's not what you're into

The fan was way too cold and although it was a nice respite when I had been out all day in the heat, the remote was so confusing to use and I struggled to find out how to change the settings so I wasn't freezing all through the night. Thankfully they do give you an extra blanket to help you try amd keep warm, but you'll definitely need extra socks and a jumper cos it isn't much. There is also a quiet time after 10pm but one night there were a group of 4 French people upstairs at 11pm - 11.30pm doing some sort of Arts and Crafts and being really loud, and no one came to tell them to be quiet, and since the walls are quite thin, it kept me awake for ages. That was the only thing they seemed to be a bit lax about, all the other rules were kept pretty well, so if you're a light sleeper then maybe bring headphones Also the curtains in the room didn't cover all the windows so some windows, even though they had frosted glass, were still open whem I was trying to sleep and letting light in which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep
