The check-out of the room when we left. We left at 7 pm and the receptionist was strange and made us wait for 10 minutes even though we had ordered a taxi.
Staff is generally quite friendly. Even though some of the staff in the restaurant don't speak much English and don't know about good service, they mean well. The gym is decent.

Breakfast was basic, poor selection, many things look unappetising. Breakfast room uncomfortable, crowded. Shower temperature constantly kept jumping from very hot to cold. Probably when people flush their toilets, most likely poor plumbing. Requested an ironing board - never got it, for 3 days. Was told - they are all out with guests. Had dinner at the restaurant once. Food was poor quality, never tried it again. Security guard knocked on my door one night around midnight, despite it being late AND a do-not-disturb sign on the door. Apparently, a food delivery courier got room numbers confused. Design-wise many things don't make any sense. Uncomfortable lighting in the room, very not cosy. Door between rooms not soundproof, I could hear my neighbors talking quite distinctly.
