The airport shuttle is really helpful since we arrived after midnight. The direction to find the shuttle is also easy to follow. The shuttle to Disneyland is also very helpful. Hotel staff are nice.

The WiFi is not very good, we have to rely on our data roaming most of the time. But this could be China issue rather than hotel issue.

The staff was awful, it took them a long time to check us in and give us the room keys and we had a short time to rest because we arrived late and had an early flight. There were 3 ladies at the reception who didn't know how to use the card machine so the payment took forever. Breakfast nothing special.
