Les photos affichées pour les chambres ne correspondent pas à ce qui est réellement offert. Elles correspondraient si les lits n'étaient pas endommagés et plus propres. De plus, les draps étaient tachés, et les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées (vous pouvez entendre tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer) pour le moins.

There are insects but especially bed bugs, I was bitten everywhere all night, the next day we had to find emergency accommodation so I left our suitcases outside the room so they would not be contaminated by the bed bugs while we found another decent hotel. When I came to pick up my suitcases, the receptionist on September 1st at 4 p.m. was not happy despite the justified situation and asked me to pay $20 in fees, she also did not speak French, I asked to see an official document such as a regulation to justify these fees. She could not show me one so I refused, she then decided to take our photo without our consent. It was impossible to contact the hotel owners, so I filed a complaint with the municipality for the bed bugs for indecency and the receptionist with her photo for illegal practice. I am sharing photos of some of my bites, the other receptionists were nice.

The lady at the reception seems at the end of her rope even though her job simply involves getting up at 7 a.m. and sitting on a chair so she could make an effort to better manage social interactions. Otherwise, nothing negative.

J'ai vu un punaise de lit (petite) le matin. Les draps étaient propres. Pourtant, elle se cachait quelque part. Aussi, des murs et un plafond très minces. Vous entendez chaque conversation sur les côtés et chaque pas au-dessus de vous.
