LOVED this stay! I felt so safe and looked after. The staff are all lovely, it’s in a great location- right opposite Hyde park and nice and quiet. My room was also so nice!!!

My room needed a good bacum
Stayed in the east wing floor 5. Room was clean. No aircon, but with the window open it was comfortable. No noise from street. Shower good. Clean towels every day. Kettle for drinks and a microwave to heat up takeaway food. Could have done with a mini fridge. Beds Were comfortable. Would definitely book here again.
