On the day of our arrival (very early in the morning), the hostess lacked courtesy towards us even though her colleague checked us into our room much earlier than the usual check-in time. I prefer to report this incident because overall the stay was very pleasant and the value for money exceptional

The only thing would be the location but this is really a minor thing - it's a good 15-20 minute walk to the main part of My Khe Beach. But there are restaurants and bars here too. Speaking of bars, the ones across the road are quite loud and play music past midnight. My two kids, partner, and I slept fine though
