Since I didn't know Baku, I asked the hotel to send a vehicle from the airport for transfer to the hotel. They sent a vehicle from a company they had an agreement with at the airport. When we arrived at the hotel, I paid 20 manats to the driver and 40 manats to the hotel for this service. However, if I had requested a vehicle using the Bolt application in Baku, I saw that I would pay a maximum of 15 manats. It was not pleasant to pay 60 manats instead of 15 manats. One feels deceived. Yet, this was something known by the hotel. I did not like the hotel's guidance on this matter at all. This overshadows all the other beauties of the hotel. I think the top management of the hotel should come up with a solution to this issue.
