The location was amazing, with a pretty view from the balcony and close to the royal palace. It was very comfortable and private. There were stores, the tram and bus nearby. Very clean and well equipped. The breakfasts were delicious but we could only choose from 3 meals while the café has more options and smaller prices.

The lights didn't work and the ones that did had a different system than we're used to so we didn't know how to operate them as we didn't have instructions. Confusing descriptions of additional offers. The shower drain got stuck and water flooded the bathroom but after notifying the staff it was fixed the same day. We weren't informed that there are 2 restaurants and a bus stop right next to the apartments.
