I booked a "Super Deluxe King Room" for 3 adults in advance at Hotel Pulse Inn. However, upon arrival, the hotel management flatly refused and claimed that no such room exists. Instead of resolving the issue or providing a proper triple-occupancy room, they forcefully placed a mattress on the floor in a small room for the 3rd person.
