Hotel was clean. Welcoming staff. Hotel food was fresh. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful and, unusually for Egypt, did not constantly hassle for tips.

Very poor WiFi. Very limited breakfast. Indifferent lunch. Bathroom was very cramped and in need of renovation.

The photos were misleading, nothing to do with reality, very dirty room, terrible breakfast, everything was dirty, in the 5 days we stayed they cleaned the room only once, the building was terrible, the same with the service, nothing like reality, not even worth half a star, I will ask for compensation from you
