The parking, valet too expensive and it felt like you were fighting for public parking.

Our bathroom shower leaked so bad every time we used it and there was no way to prevent it, next the valet staff were not the nicest, we arrived at the hotel and valet came 15 mins later to get my keys and then when I called for it to be ready again to leave, the guy sat at the counter for a while and came out to me and asked if I really requested my car again and I said yeah why? he said well next time don’t give me your keys to park if you’re gonna leave again so fast, our last valet driver drove my car so fast I didn’t even feel comfortable having it in valet and it cost 50$ nightly…
It was easy to get to off the freeway. Staff were friendly.

The room was not clean. The bedding has stains on it, and there was actually garbage left inside one of the beds that appeared to have been made overtop of the garbage that was underneath. Made guests feel uneasy about the sleeping situation.
