This was by far the worst hotel or business I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. Upon my arrival at the hotel, late and tired, the staff began by being exceptionally rude.

The hotel had no towels, and upon requesting a refund to find other bookings late at night, I was thrown into a barrage of unprofessional and fraudulent tactics by staff and leadership of Posh Hotel. The accountant hid himself to avoid answering any questions, first lying about his whereabouts through the reception and subsequently dodging visits from me. The HR and Receptionist plus wait staff all feigned ignorance, asserting that they were helpless in the situation. It’s been 3 days now and a supposed 24 hour refund has yet to materialize, with no clear pathway to getting my money back. I believe a legal route may be necessary in the near future. I pray it does not come to that.

The space for parking your car is too narrow, you will practically have to tell other customers to come out to reverse their cars before anyone can go out on a day the car park is filled up

My stay at Posh Hotels was quite disappointing, especially considering the expectations that come with the name and standard of the hotel. The bathroom was in poor condition, there was no hot water, and towels were not provided. The elevator was also not functioning, which made moving around the hotel quite inconvenient. What was most frustrating, however, was the level of disorganization. There seemed to be a lack of coordination and attention to basic guest needs. Overall, my experience fell well below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the facilities, organization, and general guest experience.
