The reception staff are polite, Mr. Hassan's brother is well-mannered, as well as the luggage transfer services are excellent, good car parking, safe and excellent room transfer services, breakfast is somewhat good and needs follow-up and supervision, the view is good, and the hotel in general is quiet and clean, suitable for individuals and families

The bathroom door cannot be closed, needs maintenance Room 915
The staff is really friendly especially Mr. Mofath and Mr. Hassan as well really honest. We lost sunglasses and they were found and saved. The breakfast is very good and has everything, as well as the restaurant manager is very nice. Thanks Ramada team, for sure we will come again
