My first stay was good. My second stay, not so good. The individual rooms are better than the two-room apartment. The bathrooms both had a horrible, sewerage smell. The water in the showers drained slowly and flooded the entire floor. One toilet blocked a lot of times. Staff tend to hide in their quarters and only attend to matters if asked. The pillows are hard and uncomfortable

Old torn towels, had to keep asking for a pool towel, 1 receptionist arrogant and uncooperative, creaky wooden bed, excavation work on access road making it dangerous for motorbikes and inaccessible for cars, shower initially didn't work
