The comfort, the tranquility, and seeing a hotel very different from what is usual. The pools are great. Everything is very clean.

It is not signposted to get there, the road is in poor condition. There were no kitchen utensils in the kitchen that you have in the room. The trash cans are tiny, nothing fits. When we arrived, they were renovating the restaurant and at 8 in the morning, they were already making noise with the construction. The pillows should be more comfortable.
I liked everything. Especially the lace it has in the jungle, respecting the place. Amazing.

We genuinely loved everything about our stay. Our room was amazing, clean, and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant, which was divine. We swam in the cenote and the pools and felt so refreshed. It’s one of those places where you really have to force yourself out to explore because staying in would just be so great. I’ve never stayed anywhere that I LOVED. All of the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and so lovely. I feel like they were just all genuinely lovely people.

Nothing - if I was to be super upset trivial; our toilet door was slightly hard to close but it’s a timber door.
