The rooms are a lot smaller than what you see in the pictures, and the hotel generally looks run down and in need of freshening up. The bathroom door didn't close fully and the shower glass screen leaked, creating a puddle in the bathroom. The beds are tiny, and taller people will definitely have a problem fitting in. Also, that crazy-high door threshold at the entrance does not go well with suitcases.

Large and extremely comfortable room, lovely staff starting from the reception, which surprised us with a free upgrade upon our arrival, to the people in charge of the unbeatable breakfast.

The facilities are like the photos, it feels like you have gone back to the Tang Dynasty. It has free self-service laundry. The floor also has an area for dressing up in ancient Chinese costumes.

The bed is quite hard, and the breakfast is very weak and not varied.

I didn't like the quality of the breakfast - limited choice, not enough space for all visitors. The beds themselves, although works of art, are hard and squeaky.
I can't fault this hotel. Great location, brilliant staff, easy to communicate with. Breakfast was excellent, the hotel's design was very authentic and clean. Although the bed wasn't as soft as I like, the bedding, especially the pillows, were super comfy 😁
