A lot of noise, windows do not close, at least mine, and at night, you cannot sleep, and the gym machine is broken, if it is fixed
It does not correspond to a 4* rating. The pool is more like an indoor basin without a garden, terrace, or relaxation area. Minimal and somewhat old decor

The friendliness of Hamza and Amira, the manager, because I had a room that was located on the boulevard, the next day she offered me two other rooms to choose from. We left at 2 am, we wanted breakfast, they prepared a tray for us, the hotel is very well located. I recommend this hotel
