Room stayed cool. Other than the water was lightly warm for showering, it was an enjoyable stay. Staff was super nice and I felt completely safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, allows you to walk to key points, you have nearby options for eating and shopping. Friendly service, addressing needs. I would only suggest a little more cleanliness in the bathroom, showers. I would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Accommodations were made to have luggage left before our check-in was available & it helped a lot. The hotel is very close to the 20 de Noviembre food market, and the Zocalo (5 mins). I recommend upgrading to a room with AC, as even during Sep/ Oct, it gets hot.
