The apartment was a bit difficult to find.

We booked 3 rooms since we were 6 people and this property exceeded our expectations. The location was great, there are multiple grocery stores on site, ATM, cafes, bakery, restaurants everything is available either on site or extremely near to the property. We loved everything about this Apart Hotel, especially the host who was so kind, helpful and friendly to all of us. This is definitely a stay I'll return to whenever given a second chance, thank you so much for making our Almaty stay so comfortable and memorable.

We booked 3 rooms since we were 6 people and this property exceeded our expectations. The location was great, there are multiple grocery stores on site, ATM, cafes, bakery, restaurants everything is available either on site or extremely near to the property. Location: There is a 24-hour shop and liquor store on the 1st floor. It's quite convenient as it's clean and has a washing machine. There is also a laundry drying rack. The quality of shampoo, body soap, and toothbrush is not good, but it's helpful. Cleaning is done every 4 days, but they will change the towels if requested. It's a self check-in, so you open the building entrance lock with a button lock and go to the 11th floor where the reception is. They will inform you of the check-in method in advance, so there should be no problem. I will stay here again when I come to Almaty.

Nothing in particular. There was a fly when I entered the room, but I managed to get it out of the window and had no issues.
