Big room
The room was spacious and comfortable, but I had a few issues during my stay. The shower is not fully enclosed, so the bathroom floor gets very wet every time you take a shower. I also booked and paid for two nights, but the staff had difficulty finding my second night in their system. I had to wait and show proof that both nights had already been paid for, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the room itself was good, but these issues made the stay less smooth than expected.

A small remark regarding breakfast: I understand perfectly that bringing it to the room is normally prohibited. However, during my stay, I unfortunately fell ill for two days and was not able to go down to the restaurant. As breakfast was already paid for, I simply asked the reception if an exception could be considered. I did not ask for a refund, but rather a solution adapted to this exceptional situation. I would have appreciated a small commercial gesture or more flexibility in this type of circumstance.
Very good international-standard hotel, with a rich breakfast buffet. The suites are really spacious and comfortable. The staff are both professional and friendly. The car park next to the entrance is essential if you are travelling by car. We would surely choose this hotel again if ever back in Casablanca.

Whilst our suite was very large, the bathroom was small and got flooded with water from the shower. The neighborhood is quite noisy, but that of course is not the hotel’s fault.
