They asked for a credit card at check-in and it couldn't be the one I was using on my phone; it had to be a physical one. They made a guarantee charge on 08/21. On the 25th, I left and paid with the phone card. To this day, 08/31, the charged amount on the physical card from the day of check-in has not been refunded. I hope it will still be before the card statement closes!
