Very minor but sometimes during the mornings the elevators will take longer than usual due to more demand
The breakfast selection was very good. Little things, like the tea being cold and hard to reach could be improved. Selection of cold juices could also use a little attention.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, just those couple of observations for breakfast.
Delicious breakfast. The staff are very supportive when I have a request. The location is extremely good as it is close to everywhere. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach.

The room is clean, but there is a musty smell coming from the carpet, especially near the table area + trash can. When entering the room, there is a feeling of uncleanness. Besides, the soundproofing of the room is very poor. I can hear footsteps very clearly, conversations outside, elevator noise, and door closing from the neighboring room.
