The staff are lovely. The breakfast I thought was good. The bed was comfortable and rooms kept clean. The pool was welcoming and the boutique is a good base with which to explore the area. The transport to the airport was good value and quick, with some good music played along the way.

Bathroom was dated and the toilet seat didn't fit the bowl. TV reception was awful, if you could get any reception at all. Wifi needs upgrading or some additional repeaters placing around the complex; the signal generally was weak at all times and dropped quite frequently. I had 8 visitors in total to my room: 4 lizards and 4 cockroaches. I'm pretty sure I know how they got in, but the rooms should be secure enough not to allow visitors in the night.
