I knew the hotel over 15 years ago and it was very good. But I found that it has declined significantly. The breakfast is still good, but even that was better before.

When I arrived, they gave me a room that had a completely moldy wall. I asked to change it, explaining that I suffer from asthma, and the receptionist was very rude. I didn't leave only because I was very tired after a full day of work. In addition, the cleanliness was very disappointing. The bedding was stained (even with shoe marks), meaning it was poorly washed. Windows, curtains, and bathroom were dirty, pillows and blanket had a bad smell... Anyway, it was the last time I stayed there. Very disappointed!

The air conditioning is very noisy and had no temperature control. It was either too cold or off. During check-in, we were provided with Wi-Fi, which didn't work in the room. When we called reception, we were informed that the Wi-Fi was ONLY FOR THE COMMON AREAS of the hotel. Some employees were quite impatient.
