Two things I didn't like: 1. The ongoing room expansion construction disturbed our rest due to the noise. 2. The host did not provide an official receipt for the full amount I paid. She only issued a receipt based on the amount credited by Booking.com, which caused issues with my company reimbursement since the receipt did not match my actual expenses.

Spotless when we moved in and new. Perfect base while in Puerto P. Nice bathroom/shower insta hot. Nice little kitchen, bedroom, computer desk area, small living room with smart tv. Washer/dryer. Great value. Near Robinsons Mall, Shakey's Pizza, Starbucks, Pancake House, main road leading to all points on Palawan

Parking is tight but ok when everyone parks right. A large vehicle could be a problem. Trailers, campers....forget it. Long term gets a little claustrophobic. We spent almost a year here last year. They are building larger units

Hot water broke 3 days running. When working it was changing hot and cold every minute. WiFi and TV went out one afternoon. But I understand this is the internet supplier, not the hotel.
