The bathroom did not have hot water considering the cold of Cusco, the shower area had a curtain that made the water leak out.

Comfortable room, with a street view, met my needs. They let me use the kitchen for quick things every day I needed, also stored my suitcase until the time I went to the airport. All the staff very kind.
