Great location next to the tram — easy trip from the train station. Pool view was outstanding. Vibe on the rooftop bar was great in the evening. Had a chance to do a quick load of laundry. Tried to cancel our hotel in Rome and switch to The Social Hub there but they wouldn't let us out of our reservation. But we did haul our backpacks to TSH one day just to work in the lobby. Will look for The Social Hub anytime they are in the city we're visiting!

Hard to remember anything we didn't like. Rooms are not the largest but it does not seem any rooms in Italy are spacious unless you're upgrading to a suite.

No thunderstorms and rain and yet swimming was not allowed. Sunbeds were reserved, others could not use them.
Great breakfast and a very cool rooftop terrace! The staff at both the restaurant and reception were incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service.

Housekeeping was a complete disaster. The shower had mold, the room wasn't properly cleaned upon check-in (we found used contact lenses and unemptied trash), and housekeeping didn't show up at all for two days. Additionally, the rooftop bar staff were often impolite. When I brought this up with the F&B Manager, he merely asked what he was supposed to do about it.
