The beds were hard and I have to change room after getting bitten by something.... The toilets were not exactly clean - the housekeeping team need to work harder on the mould and overall cleanliness. Hanging wet clothes directly above the aircon compressor is not very ideal.
Service is amazing. If you need halal food delivery, staff would assist the order at the counter. It also has amenities such as washing machine and kitchen area. Accommodation is conveniently located beside the metro and other attractions.

GongYuanQian Metro is below apartment. Washing machine in the bathroom, soap powder provided, no proper airy place to hang clothes after washing, had to improvise.

Cons WiFi was patchy in the room we stayed at level 29. No separate dryer nor 2-in-1 washer cum dryer. Noise perminate from corridor into room.
A great location with a short walk to Beijing pedestrian street and great restaurants. The room was large and good value with the in room washing machine a welcome addition.

We have been staying here every time when we came to GZ. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean. They accommodated us for a late check out and free luggage storage due to weather.
