Everything was very good. The staff was very attentive. Indeed, the building does not particularly make you want to enter, but when we arrive on the 11th floor we discover a magnificent hotel. The hotel's highlight is the view of the pyramids from the rooms and the rooftop where you can come for lunch and dinner with quality meals at a low price.

The breakfast was ordinary and tasteless for a French breakfast.

The welcome was exceptional, all the employees are very attentive, it is even one of the hotels where we were taken care of the best and most concerned about our needs. A security guard carries your luggage and accompanies you in the elevator to the hotel, they wait with you for Ubers by checking the taxi numbers. The view from the pyramid view room is superb. Excursions are very affordable and the guide we had, Ayman, was incredible. We lacked nothing, the negative reviews are not justified for us. The Heightopia restaurant was excellent (the best carbonara ahah), and the service was great. No one asks for tips and they even want to give change. A huge thank you to the whole team, if we come back, it will be to you!

We loved everything!

It has the best views of the magical pyramids. Roof top restaurant is amazing. Fresh juices at breakfast lovely. Staff very accommodating. It was easy for our tour guide to pick us up and take us on full day pyramids sphinx and museum tours

Giza is a great area but a little out of the way for modern restaurants like Maadi but you can easily get an uber or taxi to these other locations. Egypt has a lot to offer.

We only stayed one night here but we felt at home. We requested a late check-out and it was given to us without any problems. Youssef welcomed us warmly and was available to fulfill all our requests! Everything in the room was perfect and clean. The area is much quieter than Cairo and Giza in general, so you can rest well. Water was offered to us more than once. The breakfast had a wide selection and the French one was excellent. The view from the rooftop was stunning and we had dinner there in the evening. Absolutely adequate price. I recommend it to everyone!!
