The location is dated, and the facility lacks an elevator for the higher floors. This makes it unsuitable for elderly and disabled guests.

I'm very glad I chose this place to stay in Siem Reap. The hotel was amazing. The receptionist was always happy to assist me. The room and bathroom were very spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing, facing the resort. I liked the breakfast very much, there was a buffet, but also a set menu which you could choose a plate with things that were not in the buffet. Safe to say you can eat very good. The pool was fantastic.

Although I had a studio with balcony, the first night I got a room with no balcony as my room was occupied, but they moved all of my stuff to the right room the next day.

We loved staying here so this is nitpicking, but the air-conditioning in my daughters’ room didn’t work very well (it cooled the room but definitely not down to the temperature indicated on the display), and even though we reported this, it was not fixed.
