The bed and pillows were not super comfortable
The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's surprisingly quiet in this neighborhood. You can find everything you need in the immediate surroundings.

The hotel's welcome and service are impeccable! The staff is very professional and friendly. Upon our arrival, we were upgraded at no extra cost! The hotel is well located and very pleasant. The breakfast is good (à la carte)... Everything was perfect, we will come back!

The best part of the accommodation was undoubtedly the man at the reception almost all the time. He also helped me with my laundry and it smelled wonderfully and for a good price. I couldn't ask for his name but he is always attentive to the guests to make their stay the best.

I am unaware of the room disinfection procedure but when I stayed at the hostel, I started getting bites, hopefully from spiders.
The Jan Hostel team are amazing. Always smiling and saying hello and making sure all guests are looked after. I stayed for six nights and loved every night. Comfy beds. Good bathrooms. Clean tidy. Amazing breakfasts daily. It's a short walk to the Ben Thanh market and restaurants and food is so close. The beds are super comfy. Aircon in each room. I will stay again!
