Great place! Better than expected. I stayed with my family with two children aged 13 and 10 in a family apartment overlooking the pool. The property is very clean and well-maintained, the staff is kind and always available. We never had any problems of any kind. The food is good. They make excellent pizza, and for the kids, there is always something to eat between the pasta corner, fries, ice cream, sweets, and non-spicy main courses. They serve Spanish red wine and San Miguel beer. The water park is large and has slides of all kinds, very fun for both children and adults. There are several pools always very well maintained, and the room cleanliness is excellent. In the resort, there are also two paddle tennis courts, a soccer field, and two basketball courts. All equipment is provided directly by the resort on the courts. The resort offers a shuttle that makes three round trips daily to and from the center of Marrakech, but the schedules are a bit inconvenient. However, if you want to find a "grand taxi" to take you to the center at different times from the service offered by the hotel, just step outside the resort and ask for Abdil. He is an honest, reliable, and discreet person. If you need him to accompany you on your excursions even for whole days, he is always available to take you at fair prices. If I were to return to Marrakech in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this Pickalbatros.
