Visit Songkran in 2025 with a family of four, taking care of even small water guns for the two children. The staff even had a water gun fight with us on the street and gave us traditional flower necklaces. The kindness and cleanliness (relatively new) are very memorable. If I go to Phuket Town next time, I would definitely go back to Arco Hotel. Breakfast was available for additional orders at no extra cost. Although the pool is designated for adults, they didn't restrict children from entering when accompanied by adults. The pool depth is about 1.3m, which may seem deep for elementary school students.

Very satisfied 💯 ~ Located near the Old Town area of Phuket, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, very convenient. ~ The hotel is a Hip Hotel, not a large hotel, so it's relatively quiet. ~ Open for less than half a year, all facilities and amenities are very clean and tidy. ~ The room is bright with a small balcony. ~ Breakfast is rich and can be enjoyed at check-out. ~ The surrounding area is not a tourist area, mainly some old-style shops, across the courtyard, and you'll find the clock tower around the corner. 💗There's a small gift at check-out.
