Having to pass through the pool with suitcases to access the room is a bit uncomfortable.

Good location and excellent transfer, but there is room for improvement in service and food. Positives: Location and transport: The hotel is in a very convenient location - extremely close to the airport and with easy access to all public transportation. Free transfer: Something that is becoming increasingly rare! The free shuttle service to and from the airport is a fantastic service that we were extremely pleased with. Late check-out: The option for a late check-out for just 30 euros is a great convenience. Comfort and pool: The rooms were cozy and pleasant, and the pool was clean and nice. Overall impression: The place is really nice and has great potential. With a little investment, faster service at reception, and a better attitude from the staff, the hotel would be excellent.

Negatives and areas for improvement: Language barrier and reception: Communication in English was super difficult. Almost none of the staff (except for one person, probably the manager) spoke English. We had to constantly translate through our phones in Spanish. The reception itself works quite slowly, which, combined with the translation, is slightly annoying. Food: Breakfast was nice but monotonous (the same every day, with the only highlight being the fresh orange juice machine). Dinners were from a single-page menu, and it often happened that we would choose something and be told they didn't have it. Apart from the nice beef steak and soup, dinner was definitely lacking. Cleaning: The rooms were cleaned, but we noticed that the vacuum cleaner was never used, which seemed strange to us. Overall impression: The place is really nice and has great potential. With a little investment, faster service at reception, and a better attitude from the staff, the hotel would be excellent. Dinners were à la carte (a single-page menu) and almost every day we would order something and be told it was not available. Except for the beef entrecote and the soup, dinner lacked a lot of variety. Cleaning: They cleaned the room, but we noticed that they never vacuumed, which we didn't quite understand.

The rooms for 2 adults and 2 children are terrible, no privacy and space, small bathroom, the 2 beds have mattresses as hard as rocks, we stayed for 7 days, that's why we saw it poorly, maybe for one night it's okay to rest and continue traveling, otherwise not recommended, the internet is terrible, only works in the reception area, they explained that they are working to improve it but nothing at all

It is located close to Estadio Riyahad Metropolitano, with nearby bus access to Madrid's center. It has a very nice pool area, good breakfast, and they offer a free airport shuttle.

The only downside were the slippery and spaced-out floorboards in the room which can easily cause an injury.
