Everything. Its location, near the north entrance of the old town of Lijiang. The staff was the best, always so attentive and helpful; they made us feel like family. If we were to return to Lijiang, we would definitely stay here again.

This little hotel is located close to the North Gate entrance. No vehicles can enter, so the hotel had arranged for a buggy to pick up our luggage and lead us there. It's just a 10-minute walk downhill. On wet days, it can get a little slippery due to the cobbled stones. It's located inside the Ancient city but close enough to the main road. It is situated in a little corner and very quiet at night for a good night's rest. The staff is always a message away, and they mainly use WeChat as their mode of communication. It's good to download the app first before going to China. Mainly use it as it gets translated efficiently. The room is the right size for the two of us. But the facilities are clean and modern.
