Unfortunately, for two consecutive nights, there was a lot of noise from some guests with the night employee's authorization to open the kitchen for meetings with loud shouting and conversations at high volume and laughter at 11:00 pm. When I went to the reception to talk to the employee, she said she opened the kitchen for them to have a meeting and did absolutely nothing. I had to go there and ask them to stop because the accommodation did not have space for that. Unfortunately, it was very bad. Also, there was no room service, I stayed for 5 days and even leaving the key at the reception, not even the bathroom trash was removed.
