The location compared to the cable cars and F streetcar is superb. Right around the corner, the hotel is clean.

Extremely noisy. Street noise is insane. Neighbor noise is gigantic. Party hotel for young people. Old and rundown.
An excellently located hotel, just steps away from some of the city's most important metro stations. The rooms are spacious, bright, and the beds very comfortable, with very clean sheets. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to the city, due to its perfect and functional location. We really enjoyed staying here.

The air conditioning in the room didn't cool much. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

It’s a bit dated. The bathroom smelled pretty bad, we had a coffee maker but we didn’t have coffee supplies. The AC was not working so the room got pretty hot.
One of your staff members came outside to direct us into the underground parking lot, which was difficult to see. He was extremely helpful. All staff we spoke to were cheerful and inviting. We love that this is a 100-year-old motel with classic architecture and a unique atmosphere.
